Abstract (IOP)
The present article gives an overview of the status of Higgs boson studies in the ATLAS experiment at the LHC, at the time of the DISCRETE 2012 Symposium. Accounts of the latest Higgs boson searches in the H → WW(*) → ℓνℓν, H → b and H → τ+τ− channels are given, as well as a summary of the investigation into the couplings of the new particle, and an indication of the sensitivity of future Higgs studies at the LHC.
