Abstract: (PoS)
First results of the L polarization measured by HADES in proton-proton reactions at p s = 3 : 18GeV are reported. According to theory and a measurement of the L polarization at the same beam kinetic energy in p+Nb reaction, the polarization is expected to have small and neg- ative value. The present results do not yet allow to draw conclusions on the polarization in p+p reactions. In the analysis we experience large uncertainty in the hyperon direction and positive but small polarization in the spin-aligned direction.- Lambda: polarization
