It is a pleasure for us to invite you to participat e in the 16th Russian Gravitational Conference – International Conference on General Re lativity, Cosmology and Astrophysics to be held in Kaliningrad, Immanuel Kant Baltic Fed eral University from June 24 till June 30, 2017. Such conferences are organized by the Russian Gravitational Society each 3 years in different Russian cities. Usually, scientists from all Russian groups working in these fields participate and many foreign scientists as well. The conference program includes plenary and section al reports, posters and non-formal discussions on the latest developments in the theor y of gravitation, theoretical and observational cosmology and astrophysics, gravitational experimen ts, fundamental constants etc.
