We study the effects of a heavy charge 2 3 isosinglet quark. Tree level induced FCNC give rise to the most relevant effects. Depending on phase space, there are the following possibilities: (i) Z 0 → t c + t c with a rate greater than 10 −3 (ii) t→Z 0 c with a rate ∼10 −2 ( iii) t→H 0 c as the dominant decay mode.- heavy quark
