Abstract:
We report on a measurement of the proton structure function in the range and 1.5 at the collider HERA operating at a centre-of-mass energy of . The rise of with decreasing observed in the previous HERA measurements persists in this lower and range. The evolution of , even at the lowest and measured, is consistent with perturbative QCD.Note:
