Abstract:
We study four dimensional supersymmetric gauge theories on with a circle of radius . They interpolate between four dimensional gauge theories () and supersymmetric gauge theories in three dimensions (). The vacuum structure can be determined quite precisely as a function of , agreeing with three and four-dimensional results in the two limits.- gauge field theory: Yang-Mills
