Abstract: (APS)
We use data collected by the CLEO II detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring (CESR) to search for B+→h+h−h+ (nonresonant) decays, where h± can be either π±,K±, or p(p¯). We see no evidence for signals and set upper limits on the branching fractions in the range (2.8–8.9)×10−5. If observed, these decays may display CP violating asymmetries.- electron positron: colliding beams
- electron positron: annihilation
- Upsilon(10570): electroproduction
- B: pair production
- B+: hadronic decay
- final state: (3charged particle)
- final state: (0charmed particle)
- B+: branching ratio
