Abstract: (Elsevier)
HADES is a high acceptance dielectron spectrometer to be built at GSI, Darmstadt, for measuring lepton pairs produced in heavy ion and pion induced reactions and able to run at the highest SIS intensities. We present recent development results for the detector components, which are designed to identify dilepton pairs in a high multiplicity environment, and to reconstruct their invariant mass with 1% resolution.- talk: Como 1996/10/07
