The next-generation experiment, following FNAL-617. A new neutral beam gives six times more flux at the same background rate. The apparatus gives five times greater acceptance for KL --> 2pi0. The KL and KS decays are measured simultaneously in a double-beam arrangement. Uses beryllium target. Ran for 3100 hours.
