One of the accepted projected in this call for NESAP proposals is aimed at machine learning for high energy physics, including generative models and anomaly detection. The anticipated start date is fall 2020. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in nuclear/particle/astro particle physics, applied machine learning, or a related discipline. Familiarity with modern machine learning tools is preferred but not required.
