The Neutrino Physics Group at Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU) in Guangzhou invites applications for two postdoctoral positions in the field of neutrino physics experiments and phenomenology. The positions will keep open until filled. 

We welcome highly motivated applicants who have obtained a Ph.D. degree or who are expecting one prior to starting the position, in particle physics or related fields. Excellent data analysis skill and hardware experience on detector or electronics is preferable. Knowledge of Chinese language is not required.

The successful candidates are expected to work on the phenomenology or hardware R&Ds of Coherent Elastic Neutrino-Nucleus Scattering (CE$\nu$NS) experiments, and have the opportunity to play an important role in the deployment and commissioning of a CE$\nu$NS experiment with the CsI detector. The candidates may also participate in on-going neutrino experiments if they are interested.

The initial appointment is for 2 years with possible renewal for another year. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and subsidized housing options through the University.
