The Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing invites applications for two postdoctoral fellowship positions in experimental particle physics with the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. 

  The successful applicants will be mainly based either at IHEP Beijing or at RAL, UK with occasional travel between two sites. The actual fraction of time spending at China or UK is negotiable depending on the project requirement. A Ph.D. in experimental high energy particle physics and experience with detector lab work is highly preferred. Any ITk experience will be prior. The successful candidate will be expected to play an important role in construction of the ITk strip modules and system level integration at RAL. The candidate is also encouraged to participate in the physics analysis of di-Higgs related BMS searches. 

The appointment will be for a period of two years with a possible extension of another year with competitive salary.
