A TÜBİTAK postdoc scholarship is immediately available in particle physics (theory and phenomenology), gravity, and cosmology, broadly defined. The position will be under the supervision of Dr. Ufuk Aydemir, who is a researcher (at the level of Visiting Assist. Prof.) at the Department of Physics, Middle East Technical University (METU-ODTÜ).

Regardless of nationality, all researchers eligible to work in Türkiye can apply.

The position is for 2 years. A PhD degree in high energy physics, or a closely related field, is required. The salary is net 13230 TL per month plus a monthly bonus of 1500 TL. There will also be an opportunity for up to an additional 4365 TL/month through another TÜBİTAK program.
