The Theoretical Physics Division at Rudjer Boskovic Institute, Zagreb, Croatia [https://www.irb.hr/eng/Divisions/Division-of-Theoretical-Physics] calls for expressions of interest in a postdoctoral position within the HRZZ grant “Beyond the Standard Model discovery and Standard Model precision at LHC Run III” starting in fall 2024 or earlier, with a focus on collider phenomenology of new physics models. The position is limited to 2 years. Rudjer Boskovic Institute is the leading research institute of Croatia, and the group hosts a large number of staff and fellows, with topics covering particle physics, cosmology, solid state physics, and string theory. Zagreb is a vibrant European capital with a rich cultural life.

The net monthly salary is approximately 1200 Euros or higher, depending on family status. Public health insurance is provided within the work contract.

An official opening of the position will take place later this year. Note that a completed PhD program, including the achievement of the degree, is formally required for the application.
