The International Institute of Physics (IIP) invites applications for six postdoctoral positions in Particle and Astroparticle Physics, Quantum Information, Quantum Computing, and Strongly Correlated Electron Systems. The appointment is initially for one year with possible

extension up to two additional years, depending on mutual agreement and funding.

The IIP is located in the city of Natal in the northeast of Brazil, on the campus of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). IIP is a research institute of international character, focused on theoretical research in the modern areas of fundamental physics, attracting many international visitors worldwide through its short- and long-term visiting programs.

(iii) Copy of PhD diploma or a letter from the Physics Department attesting to the fulfillment of all requirements to schedule the PhD defense. 

In addition, the applicant should arrange for two letters of recommendation to be sent directly to the same address by the deadline.

In the subject field, please include at least the word 'Postdoc 2024' . 

The applicant must have obtained his PhD degree before beginning the appointment.

Postdoctoral appointments should commence as soon as possible.
