Abstract: (Elsevier)
Calculated deuteron electrodisintegration cross-sections by back-scattered electrons give the major contribution at momentum transfer squares above 6 fm −2 as arising from the catastrophic process, which in PCAC-current algebra theories is proportional to the axial vector form factor. Experimental data is reasonably fitted by F A (Δ 2 ) = ( 1+Δ 2 m 2 A ) −2 with m A = 0.81 GeV.References(23)
