Abstract: (Elsevier)
The measurements of the real parts of the kaon-nucleon amplitudes are shown to impose, via dispersion relations, powerful constraints on the analysis of low energy K − p data. These constraints are used in the determination of the S wave K N parameters and in the calculation of coupling constants. We find g Λ 2 =13.7±1.9 and g Σ 2 ⩽3.7 ± 1.3.- ANTI-K NUCLEON: INTERACTION
