Abstract: (APS)
The reaction O18(He3,pγ)F20 has been used to populate excited states in F20. One of these states at an excitation energy of 6519 ± 3 keV has been identified with the analogue of the O20 ground state. The mass excesses of the four known T=2 states for A=20 are in accord with the isobaric mass multiplet equation.
NUCLEAR REACTION O18(He3,pγ), EHe3=5 MeV; measured Ep, Eγ; deduced energy of lowest T=2 state in F20.References(4)
