Abstract: (Elsevier)

A new supersymmetry group is introduced, whose algebra contains a spinor-vector generator. The non-linear realizations of this group lead to a Goldstone particle of spin- 3 2 . The introduction of local gauge symmetry (Higgs effect) is discussed.
