Electromagnetic radiative corrections to e + e − →e + e − including transverse and longitudinal beam polarizations are presented and discussed at PETRA/PEP energies together with the lowest order weak contributions. Analytical expressions are given which contain all finite QED corrections to order α 3 and real and virtual soft photon effects to all orders.
