Abstract: (Elsevier)
Analyzing new Δσ L (pn) data and forward pn charge exchange differential cross-sections, we have found evidence for (at least) one NN resonance with isospin zero and abnormal spin-parity (1 + , 3 + …). Its mass is 2.25 GeV and its width is about 0.10 GeV. We have checked by estimating the inelasticity with a Deck model for pion production, that the structures in the data are not produced by the (nonresonant) dynamics of the inelastic channel.- P N: CHARGE EXCHANGE
