Abstract: (Elsevier)
We review the progress that has been made in understanding weak interaction effects in hadrons. Our focus is on the quark model and its role in connecting hadronic processes with the underlying SU(2) L × U(1) weak interaction theory. Open questions, new techniques and future directions are also discussed.- inspirereview:II-e-1
