Abstract: (ADS)
The expected microwave background anisotropy has been calculated on both large and small angular scales for various models with = 0.1, including all effects of spatial curvature. Both adiabatic and isothermal fluctuations have been considered, with power spectrum |deltam(k˜)2 ∝ k˜n initially. The adiabatic models can probably be ruled out on the basis of their large correlation length, but if only the microwave anisotropy is considered, models with n ≳ 3 are acceptable. The microwave anisotropy is below current upper limits for all values of n considered with isothermal initial conditions.References(23)
