Multiplicity Distributions in Quark and Gluon Jets to $O(\alpha_S)$

Moments of the multiplicity distribution of hadrons in QCD jets are presented within the next-to-leading jet calculus frame-work in perturbative QCD. Results, including corrections of relative order αs, are given for a general gauge group.
