Abstract: (Springer)
The inverse scattering method is applied to a class of space-times belonging to the Bianchi types I–VII. Solitonic perturbations corresponding to one or two poles on an arbitrary cosmological background are described in detail. The fundamental matrixψ0 is explicitly calculated for a Bianchi II background, thus providing the first known example of a non-diagonal case.- general relativity
