Abstract: (Elsevier)

In this paper we provide the Lax representation for the integrable hamiltonian systems connected with semisimple Lie algebras of Olshanetsky and Perelomov in an external potential. In a particular case we prove the complete integrability and perform explicitly the integration of the equations of motion.
