Abstract: (Springer)
Hardon-nucleus interactions are studied for different projectile hadrons and targets in the dual multi-chain fragmentation model. Using the Monte-Carlo method allows the study of inclusive as well as exclusive cross-sections. Energy momentum and all additive quantum numbers are conserved exactly in the model. Results are presented on theA-dependence of single particle distributions in the projectile frag-mentation region, average multiplicities and forward-backward correlations. The inclusion of the Fermi momentum of the target nucleus makes it possible to study rapidity distributions as well as rapidity ratios in the target fragmentation region. Satisfactory agreement with recent data is obtained.
