Abstract: (IEEE)
We use Si/SiGe triple quantum dots to operate single, two- and three-spin qubits. A micro-magnet technique is employed to speed up qubit control, and improve single and two-qubit gate fidelities. For the three-spin qubits, two different exchange couplings are controlled to generate the three-spin entangled state. Lastly, we propose a 3 × 3 qubit array with a micro-magnet, and discuss the design of the micro-magnet for scaling up the qubit array.
