Abstract: (IOP)
The classification of metrics in terms of the curvature tensor and its covariant derivatives is developed for four-dimensional Euclidean spaces. This includes the Petrov classification for the Euclidean case. The method is exemplified on the Eguchi-Hanson instanton.
