Abstract: (Elsevier)
The method evolved in the first paper of this series is used to compute the gravitational counterterms to two-loop order for the most general renormalisable theory of gauge fields coupled to fermions and scalars defined on an arbitrary curved background with euclidean metric. The R -dependence of the β-function for the scalar potential to two-loop order is shown to vanish for an appropriate redefinition of the potential.- FIELD THEORY: SPACE-TIME
