Abstract: (APS)
It is shown that SU(3) symmetry together with final-state interactions goes a long way toward understanding all the decay modes of the kind (D+, D0, Ds+)→PP. The data are consistent with a small SU(3) breaking. Several predictions of the branching ratios into different decay modes are made.- D: NONLEPTONIC DECAY
