Abstract: (Elsevier)
Contrary to common prejudice, we claim that supersymmetric gauge theories can be studied non-perturbatively on the lattice (by using known ideas and techniques). We discuss in detail super-Yang-Mills theory and propose some explicit measurements which are both physically interesting and within present or near-future computer capabilities.
  • GAUGE FIELD THEORY: YANG-MILLS
  • SUPERSYMMETRY
  • LATTICE FIELD THEORY: CONTINUUM LIMIT
  • EFFECT: NONPERTURBATIVE
  • FERMION: CHIRAL
  • SYMMETRY BREAKING
  • FIELD THEORY: WARD IDENTITY
