Abstract: (Elsevier)
The currently used “quenched” approximation (ignoring the fermionic determinant) is quite meaningless in instanton physics. This statement is demonstrated in numerical experiments with some simplified model for the ensemble of instantons. Depending on density, they may be either in the “polymer-type” phase possessing the quark condensate, or in the “molecular” phase, separated by some region of the “mixed” phase.- QUARK: CONDENSATION
