A possible way to solve theD0Kˉ0ϕD^0\to \bar K^0 \phi puzzle is suggested. By assuming the external W-emission diagram dominance and the substantial contribution of the hairpin diagram, a good phenomenology of D0 and D+ decays includingD0Kˉ0ϕD^0\to \bar K^0 \phi andKˉ0ω\bar K^0 \omega is reproduced. A negligible D0→ρπ but relative large branching ratios of Ds+→→π+ and ρή are predicted.
