A possible way to solve the puzzle is suggested. By assuming the external W-emission diagram dominance and the substantial contribution of the hairpin diagram, a good phenomenology of D0 and D+ decays including and is reproduced. A negligible D0→ρπ but relative large branching ratios of Ds+→→π+ and ρή are predicted.- D0: NONLEPTONIC DECAY
