Abstract: (Springer)

A possible way to solve the

D^0\to \bar K^0 \phi

puzzle is suggested. By assuming the external W-emission diagram dominance and the substantial contribution of the hairpin diagram, a good phenomenology of D0 and D+ decays including

D^0\to \bar K^0 \phi

and

\bar K^0 \omega

is reproduced. A negligible D0→ρπ but relative large branching ratios of Ds+→→π+ and ρή are predicted.
