Abstract: (Elsevier)
We study the constraints imposed by flabour changing neutral current phenomena on supersymmetrizations of the standard model where a non-flat Kähler metric and/or new superfields are present. In particular, we consider SU(5), SO(10) and E 6 grand unified extensions. We find that the present experimental bounds on μ → e + γ , b → s + γ and the results concerning the K − K and B d − B d mixings severely constrain the choice of spontaneously broken N = 1 supergravity theories whose low energy limit yields the standard model.- SUPERSYMMETRY
