We present the formalism necessary to compute matrix elements of local operators between nucleon states by numerical simulation of QCD on the lattice. We then compute the lowest two moments of the non-singlet structure function, the electric form factor of the proton and the σ-term.- FERMION: LATTICE FIELD THEORY
