Abstract: (Elsevier)
A signal of 5 events within 9.1 s was found in the Baksan scintillation telescope with a fiducial mass of 200 t at the KAMIOKANDE-II and IMB times on February 23, 1987. We have performed an analysis of the temporal distribution of the signals and obtained energy estimates of the signal. The properties of the Baksan events are very close to those of the KAMIOKANDE-II signal.- TALK
