Abstract: (APS)
Supersymmetric quantum mechanics provides a simple way to understand the scattering of a particle from a potential that contains a bound state that is Pauli blocked to the projectile. The singularity of the resulting potential found empirically in studies of nucleon-alpha scattering emerges naturally in supersymmetric quantum mechanics as does a direct and unique way to calculate the complete potential.- 25.40.-h
