Solutions of the Lorentz-Dirac equation in the external Coulombic force field are investigated. There are two types of solution; scattering and absorptive. It is found that on the boundary of the scattering and the absorptive regions on the initial-parameter plane there exists a trajectory which rotates infinitely many times around the force center.
