The two-dimensional parasupersymmetric quantum mechanical models are constructed by reduction of some supersymmetric systems. The spectra of the resulting hamiltonians are three-fold degenerate. The matrix 2×2 hamiltonians with equivalent spectra are constructed for a wide class of superpotentials.
