Abstract: (Elsevier)
We define a particularly useful asymmetry in t→W + b decays, which is sensitive to non-standard sources of CP violation. Prospects for observation of the predicted asymmetry at a hadron collider are estimated. As an illustration, the asymmetry arising from loop diagrams involving the neutral Higgs bosons of a two-doublet Higgs model with CP -violating neutral sector is computed.
