We propose a way to extract the ratio of CKM matrix elements V ub V cb from the measurement of the two-body non-leptonic decays B − → D 0 K − ,B − →D − K 0 , and B 0 → D 0 K 0 , which are proportional to | V ub | 2 , and the decays B − →D 0 K − , B 0 →D + K − and B →D 0 K 0 , which are proportional to | V cb | 2 , based on isospin symmetry. We also analyze the modification of our predictions due to final state interactions, and find them to be significant.- B-: nonleptonic decay
