It is shown that the effective entropy density of Hawking radiation near a Schwarzschild black hole contains a pure quantum term proportional to the trace anomaly. The obtained formula is valid for any massless field and displays which restrictions the thermal stress-energy tensor must obey to ensure positivity of entropy.- black hole: Schwarzschild
