Measurement of correlated μbˉ\mu - \bar{b} jet cross-sections in ppˉp\bar{p} collisions at s=1.8\sqrt{s} = 1.8 TeV

Abstract:
We report on measurements of differential μb\mu - {\overline b} cross sections, where the muon is from a semi-leptonic bb decay and the b{\overline b} is identified using precision track reconstruction in jets. The semi-differential correlated cross sections, dσ\sigma/d\Et~{{\overline b}}, dσ\sigma/d\pt~{{\overline b}}, and dσ\sigma/dδϕ(μb)\delta\phi(\mu - {\overline b}) for \pt~{\mu}>9GeV/c, |\eta~{\mu}|<0.6, \Et~{{\overline b}}>10GeV, |\eta~{{\overline b}}|<1.5, are presented and compared to next-to-leading order QCD calculations.
