Abstract:
These lectures are intended as a pedagogical introduction to physics at e+ee^+e^- and hadron colliders. A selection of processes is used to illustrate the strengths and capabilities of the different machines. The discussion includes WW pair production and chargino searches at e+ee^+e^- colliders, Drell-Yan events and the top quark search at the Tevatron, and Higgs searches at the LHC.
