Abstract: (Elsevier)
An algorithm for performing pattern recognition in RICH detectors is described. It uses a maximum-likelihood technique, comparing the predicted and observed distributions of detected photoelectrons. The algorithm is able to handle regions of high track density, for which LHCb provides a good example.- talk: Ein-Gedi 1998/11/15
