Abstract:
We present a measurement of the parameters of the Υ(10580)\Upsilon(10580) resonance based on a dataset collected with the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II asymmetric BB factory. We measure the total width Γtot\Gamma_{\rm tot} to be (20.7±1.6±2.5)MeV(20.7\pm1.6\pm2.5) {\rm MeV}, the electronic partial width Γee=(0.321±0.017±0.029)keV\Gamma_{ee} = (0.321\pm0.017\pm0.029) {\rm keV} and the mass M=(10579.3±0.4±1.2)MeV/c2M = (10579.3\pm0.4\pm1.2) {\rm MeV/c^2}.
