Abstract:
Finite neutrino magnetic moments are consequences of non-zero neutrino masses. The particle physics foundations of the subject are summarized. The astrophysical bounds as well as the results from recent direct experiments are reviewed. Future projects and prospects are surveyed.- talk: Paris 2004/06/14
