Abstract: (APS)
The electromagnetic form factors of the proton and neutron are calculated using the MIT-bag-model wave functions and parameters. The calculated form factors are in good agreement with experiment. In particular, the first zero of the calculated form factor is at a surprisingly large value of q2. The calculation shows how to restore momentum conservation to bag-model matrix elements.
