Abstract: (Elsevier)
It is conjectured that the most general black hole solutions in supergravity theory are those obtained by supersymmetry transformations from the standard black holes of general relativity. The argument is based on the behavior of a simple spin three-halves perturbation of a Schwarzschild black hole and on some general properties of the supersymmetry algebra.
